A new branch of the military will be created called the CBs or the City Builders. Four CB barracks per Parish will be built across the country. There will be a military draft for all males 18 to 30 who are not employed or in school to join the CBs. The CBs will build roads, tunnels, and railway lines across the country.

Under the K-20 Initiative, 20 of Kingston’s urban districts will be funded to have 120 paid leaders, new city halls, and patrol vehicles to maintain the peace in their districts.

US $30M Funding will be invested in to the youths of the ghettos for entrepreneurial ventures, and will be given training and mentorship along the way.
