These Quu-Squares are designed to provide a first world shopping and entertainment experience to all Jamaicans. All the stores will be franchised but locally owned and supplied. Every Quu-Square will have our version of Walmart, Home Depot, Major Grocery Store, Restaurant Chains, Entertainment Centers, and Boutique Stores. The products on the shelves of these stores are from suppliers in that parish. These Quu-Squares will also accept a new currency called the Yari. This new currency will be locally generated and enables greater circulation of the local dollar. Providng a self stimulating local economy. Our new Cities will also serve as Macro Economies and will have its own currency called the RJD or the Royal Jamaican Dollar.

For Example, Our butterfly shaped city Leonora Queens will be built for the Life Sciences and Biotech industry. Our Phoenix Kelp City will be built to house multiple Tech and Auto Manufacturing companies.

Create a New Education System
Our mission is to create an entirely new education system that breaks the chains of mental slavery and focuses on intelligence over education. There will be no more CXC or GCE exams. The new system will be called The Akili Mradi System. It will be student-centered instead of teacher- and test-centered, and aligned with the new Tech, Biotech, Finance, and Engineering Industries and the immediate practical needs of the country. We will end mental slavery and the false theory of Black inferiority by banning the teaching of anything related to slavery from our schools. The era from 1452 to 1892 will not be taught in schools. We classify this 440-year time span as "Historical Graffiti." We will erase this portion of history from our educational curriculum at all levels, including universities and local television programming.
The African history curriculum will start from 9000 BC with the Nubian Egg and its depiction of the Eye of Africa as the City of Atlantis. It will cover the Black Olmec Heads in the West and the Black Sphinx in the East at Kemet (Black Lands) around 3000 BC. Then, it will cover Pharaoh Narmer's unification of Upper and Lower Kemet with the White and Red crowns, the Black King Djoser's First Pyramid, and King Khufu and all the Black Pharaohs who built the subsequent pyramids. The curriculum will also include the Black Queen Hatshepsut's building of the Obelisk, the Black Pharaoh Akhenaten's and his son King Tutankhamun's impact on world religions, all the way to the Black Kings Shabaka and King Taharqa's conquest of the Assyrians in defense of the Jews. The curriculum will include all the Kings of the Kushite Empire, Nubian history, including Queen Amani Renas' defeat of the Roman Army and the Battle of Dongola where Nubian Archers defeated Muslim Invaders, the Malian Empire, and the history and advanced knowledge of medicine, science, and astronomy from the world's first university in Timbuktu. The Black Moors' conquest and rule of Portugal, Spain, and Southern Italy will also be covered. The curriculum will also cover Mansa Musa and his brother's trip to the Americas long before Columbus. The period from 1452 to 1892 will be skipped, and the curriculum will pick up with the Battle of Adwa and Ethiopia's defeat of Italy in 1896, then move on to the Marcus Garvey movement and his impact on American civil rights today, as well as his vision for the Black world, including his global business empire and multiple ships. The curriculum will also cover why Marcus Garvey should be revered as a Black Emperor and not just a hero, the Rastafarian movement, Reggae's impact on the world stage and African liberation, and the Cold War's impact on Jamaica's politics and ghettos up to the present day.

Repair 100% of Jamaica's Main Roads in 5 years.
Our Mission is to repair 100% of Jamaica's Main Roads in 5 years by creating 60 new private road construction companies nationwide. An average of 4 construction cooperatives will be created per parish with each having a minimum of 100 members from the new military engineering unit called the City Builders or CBs as workers. These cooperatives along with the CBs will build and repair roads two shifts per day, 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday), in each parish for 5 years or until all roads are fully repaired.
-
Create an Entirely New Tourism Industry
Create and entirely new Tourism Industry based on Expat Based Tourism, Locals Based Tourism, Short-Stay Hotels, Botanical Garden Hotels, River Hotels, Urban City Based Tourism, Medical Tourism, and Weddings Based Tourism.
This tourism industry will be isolated and separate from the current industry and will have different guidelines and taxes. This industry will fall under a new economic structure called the 3043 industries. 3043 is an investment system designed to eradicate poverty by enabling poor Jamaicans to earn and invest and build wealth off the tourism industry.
Under this system a US $5,000 investment will produce a compounding interest return of approximately US $30,000 after 5 years. This tool will be the number one tool to eradicate poverty as it enables a steady return on investment of 43% annually. However, this system will be a one-time investment opportunity for each investor, in order to enable everyone benefiting from the program. This investment opportunity will be available for the poor and middle class only.
-
Solve Jamaica's Brain Drain Problem
We will reverse Jamaica’s Brain Drain by building new, safe, and modern cities, industries, and macro economies. Additionally, we will provide mortgage discounts and investment incentives for Expat Jamaicans who come back to start new companies or industries.
-
Transition to a New System of Government
Our Mission is to create an entirely new system of government that unites the people behind a single vision and puts Jamaica on a path to greatness. Under this System of government Jamaica will operate like a Fortune 500 corporation but with a military style leadership. The system will be a collaborative government and includes a civilian branch in its everyday operations. This system is called a GOTADIC system (Goal Oriented - Task and Direct - Innovate & Create). This system has no elections and no political parties. Leaders have no job security or term limits. Leaders are hired and fired by a Grand Council of Executives based on benchmark goals set by the people. If the leader does his/her job, they keep their job. If they don’t meet quarterly or annual goals and have a negative LME score, they are given a 6-month probationary period to course correct, if they fail to improve, they have to resign. Then the Grand Council of Executives will hire a new leader for the position. It is that simple.

New Tri - Currency System
Our Mission is to create a new Tri-Currency system that will unlock the labor potential of Jamaica and create a drastic increase in GDP and strengthen the Jamaican dollar. The two new currencies will be the Yari Labor Dollar (Yari) and the Royal Jamaican Dollar (RJD).
The current Jamaican Dollar ($JA) will be used at all locations with the exception of the New Cities which will use only the RJD or the Yari. RJD is an anchored currency and has no intrinsic value and is a constant 1:100 ratio equivalency when compared to the Jamaican dollar. $1.00 RJD is always equal to $100 Jamaican Dollars. So, a soda that costs $250 Ja will cost $2.50 RJD.
The Yari Labor Dollar is a record of time worked hourly. The Yari currency is anchored to the Bahraini Dinar. 1 Yari = 1 Bahraini Dinar. This provides the currency the greatest stability and hedge against local inflation. This exchange rate is converted to US and then to Jamaican dollars based on daily market rates. For example, Y10.00 Yari is equal to 10.00 BHD, which is equal to $26.59 USD, or $3977.27 Jamaican dollars. Yaris will be issued by a local WES-WEI bank to companies and employers to hire local labor only it cannot be used for materials by companies or employers. However, employees paid in Yari can use the Yari for everyday life purchases such as food utility etc. Yari is accepted at all New Cities, Quu-Squares, and partnering businesses only. The New Jamaica’s Local Reserve and Central Bank will have 10 Billion Yari on hand at the start of the currency’s issuance. This will be both a paper and digital currency.
